PROGRAMMES
(i) I’m interested to volunteer for the ELP programme. Is there an age limit to be a volunteer?
We’re happy to hear that! The age limit for our volunteers vary depending on which partner charity you volunteer with. Right now, the age limits range from 14 to 18.
(ii) How do I sign up as a volunteer?
You may fill up our contact form to sign up. We will be in touch with you afterwards!
(iii) I am not sure if my child has a learning difficulty. Are you able to test my child?
We do conduct informal screening tests to determine if the children in our programme could be at risk of a learning difficulty. We also partner with an Educational Psychologist to conduct screening or full assessments for children in our charity-based programmes. However, we do not provide once-off screening/testing services, and would recommend that you approach the Dyslexia Association of Singapore or KKH’s Child Development Clinic for formalized screening or assessments.
